Solflare at Breakpoint 2025

A whole conference turned into one game

Solflare ran Solana Breakpoint’s quest board on Domino. 19 partner booths set 121 quests, from booth selfies checked by AI to app downloads and posts on X. Every quest started with a ticket scan, so the prize board stayed bot-free. The prizes dropped at the closing party, from a QR code drawn in the sky by drones.

Solflare Guardians

An ambassador program that pays itself out

One person used to spend three hours a day paying 50 Guardians by hand. Solflare sent Domino a five-minute video of what they wanted, and a day later had hidden quests, surprise rewards, and payouts at midnight running in a test server. These are the first 30 days.

“We banned 150,000 sybils. Four people complained. Those four were the sybils.”

Niko Petrov, Head of Community at ENSO

ENSO’s pre-launch campaign drew a flood of fake accounts. Five moderators hired to review them quit within an hour. Domino screened the fakes out, and one person now checks the exceptions.

Start with a rough idea and get something you can actually test

Writing the code is the quick part. Domino hosts the app, has test users play it before anyone else does, and puts it live only when you approve.

  1. 1

    You describe it

A rough idea is enough. Your agent asks what you're after, suggests a plan, and builds it.

  2. 2

    Agents do Simulated User Tests™

Domino hosts it on a staging link. Your agent plays it as test users over simulated days, sends test X posts and Discord activity, and fixes what breaks.

  3. 3

    You approve, it goes live

Approve it in Console and the tested version goes live for real users. Roll back if you change your mind.

Users play along and Domino handles the rest

You decide what counts and what it’s worth. Domino checks the proof, hands out the reward, and keeps a record of every step.

  1. 1

    Users do a task

A user uploads a photo, answers a quiz, or invites a friend. Trackers also spot X posts and Discord reactions on their own, so nobody has to file a claim.

  2. 2

    Domino verifies it

An AI model checks photos against rules you write in plain words. Domino matches X posts to the user's linked account. Anything unclear goes to your team.

  3. 3

    The reward lands

Points, badges, Discord roles, or merch held in stock until pickup, paid exactly once however often someone retries. Leaderboards update from the points.

Why teams build on Domino

  • 70% more conversions than a campaign built with frontier coding agents alone

Domino gives your coding agent best practices for community campaigns, and reduces slop.

  • 90% less bug fixing, thanks to Domino’s Simulated User Testing™

Test users hit the broken steps before real users do, so fewer bugs reach your live campaign.

Describe it once, then tweak it yourself

Your agent writes each quest as a short file and tests it. Settings like points or photo rules show up as controls in Console, so your team can change them without a developer or a redeploy.

Promote to live

Safe to run with real prizes, even when an AI built it

Domino handles the parts that can’t go wrong

Checking proof, counting completions, and paying out live in the platform, not in the code your agent writes. Campaign code stays short enough to read in one sitting.

  • Nothing goes live without you

Your agent builds on test data. Going live takes a person on your team approving it in Console.

  • Rewards pay out once

Each completion counts once. Retries, replays, and double taps never pay twice.

  • Unclear proof goes to a person

When the AI isn't sure about a photo, your team sees it with the exact reward that approval will grant.

  • A real points ledger

Balances and rewards live in a transactional ledger, not in campaign code that could break them.

  • Merch never oversells

Domino holds stock for a user once they earn it, and releases it when your team confirms the handover.

  • Checks run in a sandbox

Verification code runs in its own isolated worker and can only see the proof for that attempt.

Simulated User Tests™

Your campaign, played through before anyone joins

Domino’s agents play your campaign as dozens of test users at once. Each one has its own clock, so a week-long streak takes seconds.

They try what real people will try. One skips a day, one lands on exactly 100 XP, one taps claim twice. Every balance gets checked against the sum it should be, and when one is off, the agent fixes the quest and runs fresh users through it again. All of it on test data.

  • Bugs surface in testing

Not in your community's chat on launch day, with screenshots.

  • Points add up

Nobody gets paid twice for a double tap, or short for a streak they kept.

  • Launch is the second run

The version you approve has already been played through, end to end.
