A race for one group
Run a race among your ambassadors only, or count only the quests you pick.
Prizes after review
When the window closes, the standings freeze, your team reviews them, and the approved prizes go out.
Leave people out
Exclude a teammate, or someone gaming the board. Their points stay; they just don't rank or win.
